I help women stop losing themselves in relationships, expectations and the pressure to be everything to everyone.

About Cosmina

I am a Self-Worth and Relationship Coach with a Bachelor of Psychology Honours and more than 10 years of experience in behaviour change, emotional patterning and leadership.

My work blends psychology, evidence-informed tools, nervous system regulation, attachment-informed insight, EMDR-informed coaching tools, identity work, aligned action and grounded intuitive guidance.

I value training, supervision and professional responsibility, while also honouring intuition, inner knowing and the parts of human experience that science has not fully explained yet.

This work is for women who are ready to reconnect with themselves, rebuild self-trust and create relationships and lives that feel deeply aligned.

My Story

I know what it is like to have a life that looks good, but no longer feels fully true.

Woman with long wavy brown hair and light skin sitting on a wooden stool, smiling, wearing a cream blazer, light blue jeans, and beige heels, in front of a plain white wall.

For many years, I lived inside a life that was loving, stable and deeply meaningful.

I was in an 18-year relationship. I had structure, safety and a career in behaviour change work. I had done what so many women are taught to do, build something secure, be loyal, be responsible, hold everything together and keep going.

But over time, a quiet truth started rising in me.

A deeper part of me was asking to grow.

Leaving that relationship was one of the most difficult and defining decisions of my life. It was not about a lack of love. It was about learning how to honour the parts of me that wanted freedom, expression, expansion and truth.

That chapter changed the way I understood self-trust.

It taught me that choosing yourself is not always easy, even when you know it is right. It also taught me that healing matters, but healing is not the destination.

There comes a point where more reflection is not the same as change.

You can understand your patterns and still repeat them when your nervous system feels threatened. You can know your worth intellectually and still struggle to choose yourself emotionally. You can want a healthier relationship and still feel pulled toward what is familiar.

That is why my coaching is not about endlessly dissecting yourself.

It is about understanding the pattern, creating enough inner safety to choose differently, and practising new ways of living, loving and relating in real life.

The goal is to help you become deeply connected to yourself, so your yes is honest, your no is safe, and your life starts reflecting the woman you actually are.

Who I Work With

You may be successful, capable and high-functioning on the outside, but internally you feel stuck, disconnected or tired of repeating the same emotional patterns.

This work is for women who are functioning day to day, but know they are ready for more self-trust, emotional honesty and aligned change.

You may be navigating people-pleasing, self-doubt, relationship anxiety, burnout, overgiving, heartbreak, boundaries, guilt, difficulty trusting yourself or a life that looks good but no longer feels aligned.

This is coaching, not therapy.

It is for women who are ready to reflect, take responsibility, practise new ways of being and create change in their real lives.

You do not need to have it all figured out.

But you do need to be willing to look honestly at yourself, your patterns and the ways you have learned to seek safety, approval or connection at the expense of your own truth.

I work with women who are committed to deeper change and ready to try something different.

“ The most radical act of self-love is refusing to settle for a life that doesn’t feel like your own. It’s having the courage to name what’s no longer working, and to take the first bold step toward the life you actually desire. ”
